Server crashing occasionally. Empty Server crashing occasionally.

At sometimes you may notice DTD doesn't load at all for a while. This is something to do with the servers at Forumotion (or whatever their name is). So we can't really do anything about it. We just gotta wait till they do something about it. So hang in there and keep DTDing...
